Delete your FocusMe account

To delete your FocusMe account and all associated data, enter the email address on your account below. We'll send a confirmation link to that address to verify it's yours.

We will delete your account and its associated data: your profile and login, synced plans and settings, device registrations, and app activity statistics. Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request. Data required for legal or accounting purposes (such as purchase records) may be retained where the law requires it.

If you only want to remove the app from a device without deleting your account, just uninstall it — your account and synced data remain available for your other devices.
