Please read our affiliate terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully before you join our program or begin marketing our program.
Each Affiliate must ensure compliance with these terms and their employees, agents, and contractors do the same. The Terms of Use governs dispute resolution, and these Affiliate Terms take precedence if there is a conflict.
Definitions
Terms refer to: FocusMe (Reclaim Time Ltd) as “we/us/our”; you as the “Affiliate”; www.FocusMe.com as “our website”; your sites as “your website”; and the “Program” as the Affiliate Program.
Enrolment
Eligibility requires being 18+, submitting a complete application with accurate contact and payment information, and accepting these Terms. Application review takes up to 48 hours. The company reserves rejection rights but encourages appeals if you believe a decision was incorrect.
Website Restrictions
Participating websites cannot:
- Infringe intellectual property, publicity, privacy or other rights
- Violate any law, rule or regulation
- Contain threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content including nudity or pornography
- Contain malicious code like viruses or Trojan horses
- Use technology intercepting traffic or redirecting affiliate commissions, including toolbars or browser extensions
Linking to Our Website
Upon program acceptance, links become available through the affiliate interface. Requirements include:
- Use only unmanipulated linking code from the interface
- List all domains using your affiliate link in your profile
- Don’t copy, resemble, or mirror the website’s look and feel
- Avoid cookie stuffing, pop-ups, false/misleading links, and masking referrer URLs
- No redirects hiding original link sources
If you are found redirecting links to hide or manipulate their original source, your current and past commissions will be voided or your commission level will be set to 0%.
PPC Guidelines
For PPC advertising participants:
- Cannot bid on trademarked terms (FocusMe, Focus Me, FocusMe.com) or variations
- Cannot use trademarks with other keywords
- Cannot use trademarks in ad titles, copy, display names, or URLs
- Cannot bid higher than FocusMe in positions 1-5 on auction-style PPC programs
We have a strict no tolerance policy on PPC trademark bidding. You will forfeit all commissions for a minimum of the past 30 days and your commission will be set to 0% without warning.
Coupon Guidelines
Affiliates promoting coupon codes must:
- Only advertise codes provided through the affiliate program
- Avoid posting workarounds for coupon requirements
- Display coupons entirely with full offer, expiration date, and code
- Not use technology covering coupon codes
- Not advertise codes from non-affiliate channels
- Not create false impressions about ongoing offers
Additional consideration: if your website ranks on the first page of Google for terms related to our website or company name(s) combined with the words coupon, and/or your conversion rate exceeds 25%, you may be offered a lower commission.
Coupon Attribution & Authentication
Coupon-focused affiliates cannot receive commissions without valid coupon codes. Valid codes are those made available through affiliate channels or newsletters. Expired, non-specific, or long-term sitewide offers don’t qualify.
Sub-Affiliate Networks
Sub-affiliate promotion is permitted with full transparency about traffic origins. Sub-affiliates must comply with program terms, including restrictions on toolbars and paid placements. Coupon sub-affiliates need approval first.
Domain Names
Use of any of our trademarks as part of the domain or sub-domain for your website is strictly prohibited, e.g. FocusMe.website.com or www.FocusMe-coupons.com.
Advertising & Publicity
Written materials referencing the Program require prior written consent before publication. Email campaigns must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, be sent on your behalf, and not imply company authorisation. Emails need company approval or a copy sent beforehand.

Allowed:
- Promoting offers on your own managed social pages with affiliate links
- Examples like “25% off sale at FocusMe through Wednesday with code FocusMe25”
Prohibited:
- Posting affiliate links on company social pages
- Running Facebook ads with company trademarks
- Creating social accounts including company trademarks in names
Operations Outside United States
If you are conducting business in or taking orders from persons in other countries, you will follow the laws of those countries.
Reversal & Communication Policy
The company reserves reversal rights for cancellations, duplicate tracking, returns, chargebacks, and violations. Communication violations include being untrustworthy, unresponsive, or unable to substantiate traffic sources.
We reserve the absolute right to reverse orders, set your commission to 0% or suspend you from the program.
FTC Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates must include disclosure statements on pages with affiliate links where paid endorsement isn’t obvious. This disclosure statement should be clear and concise, stating that we are compensating you for your review or endorsement.
Requirements:
- Disclosures placed as close as possible to claims
- Must appear above the fold
- Pop-up disclosures prohibited
Prohibition Against Solicitation for Resident Affiliates
Affiliates residing in Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Vermont are ineligible. Residency establishment automatically terminates participation.
Commission Structure
Customers must click through your tracking link, add products to cart, and purchase before session lapses (30 days or until following a third-party link). Commissions pay after order completion, payment receipt, and the 60-day refund window closure.
All purchases and new user registrations will be reviewed monthly for validity and may be voided if the purchase or new user registration is fraudulent.
Intellectual Property
We retain all right, title, ownership, and interest in our intellectual property, including any and all copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights therein.
Confidentiality
Non-public information learned through program participation is confidential. Disclosure requires company consent unless legally compelled.
Modifications
The company may change, suspend, or discontinue any program aspect. You agree to promptly implement any request from us to remove, alter or modify any link, graphic or banner ad.
Indemnification
Affiliates must indemnify and defend the company against claims based on term breaches, link misuse, intellectual property violations, or content issues.
Disclaimer
Program, links, products and services provided under this agreement are provided to affiliate “as is.” The company disclaims all warranties and doesn’t guarantee commissions or error-free operations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent of the law, in no event shall we be liable for any unavailability or inoperability of the links, program sites, technical malfunction, computer error. Liability caps at amounts paid in the preceding six months.
Governing Law & Miscellaneous
Washington State law governs these Terms. The agreement constitutes the complete understanding. The company isn’t bound by affiliate insertion orders conflicting with these Terms. Affiliates pay enforcement costs. No assignment without consent; the company may assign freely.
