Time Limit (Budget)
Allocate a daily, hourly, weekly, or monthly time budget. Targets are accessible until the budget is exhausted, then automatically blocked. Build awareness of actual usage patterns.
Train Habits (Launch Limit)
Restrict how many times per day a target can be opened. Each session has a fixed duration with mandatory cooldown periods between launches. Break compulsive checking habits.
