3.1          Financial\ntransactions relating to our website and services are handled by our payment\nservices provider, Paddle (paddle.com), who acts as our Merchant of Record. We share transaction data with Paddle only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your\npayments, managing subscriptions, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries\nrelating to such payments and refunds. 6.8          We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how users interact with our website through session recordings and heatmaps. Clarity may use cookies to collect behavioural data. 8.0          Non-Personally Identifiable\nInformation<\/b>. Non-Personally Identifiable Information is\ninformation that does not identify a specific person. We continuously improve our websites and\nour products, and we utilize different third-party web analytics tools to help\nus do so. Our products, desktop tools and mobile applications use analytical\ntools to understand feature usage patterns, to enhance and improve your product\nexperience and offer you specific usage tips and guidance. In connection with\nnormal business operations, as well as to increase functionality and enhance\nyour user experience, this usage information may be linked to personal\ninformation that we have about individual users. We maintain ownership of this\ndata and we do not share this type of data about individual users with third\nparties.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

Our mobile applications will also use\nanalytical tools to help gather non-personally identifiable data about download\nand application usage. In our use of mobile applications, we may utilize\nGeolocation data but only if you specifically opt-in to collection of such data\nin connection with a particular service. We may use information such as IP\naddresses to determine the general geographic locations areas of our visitors,\nbut this information is not correlated to personal information about individual\nusers. The web beacons used in conjunction with these tools may gather data\nsuch as what browser a person uses, what operating systems are used, domain\nnames, MIME types, what is downloaded, and what content, products and services\nare reviewed when visiting or registering for services at one of our websites\nor using one of our mobile applications.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

10.          Your rights<\/o:p><\/b><\/p>

The Company Service are not directed to people\nunder the age of thirteen (13).
