Improve the statistics:
Adding the total amount of time in which the device is used.
And making it easier to see the total time spent in the different days, weeks and months.

Because I would like to be able to see my progress faster and easier.
Not just using the “custom” command.

If you want to understand better what I mean. You can see the statistics of the “Stay Focused” app for Android.

  1. I’d also love to see refinements of the Statistics page. To me this really goes hand in hand with the core blocking functions of FocusMe because it allows for easier identification of problem areas and deciding what plan to set up, as well as being able to see improvements in the desired statistics once a plan is in place.

Critically, I’d like to be able to assign each app or site to a category. This is important to me because I want to track how much time was actually spent per day on all work-related tasks, how much time I spent on my hobbies and entertainment, and how much time is uncategorized (often unproductive web browsing).

ActivityWatch has a great implementation of assigning categories based on simple regular expressions, but I’d also be very happy with a RescueTime-like approach where I categorize each website/app individually. ActivityWatch also has nested categories, but I personally haven’t found them necessary. If I could assign categories at all, FocusMe would completely replace ActivityWatch.

As an extra wish, it would be neat if I could assign a custom colour to each category for the pie chart.
