Quality of life improvements (multiple) for context menu.

Hi, I recently started using the program, which is great, but I wish there were a few more things in it.

The way I use it is the following: I allow myself to work between the time period of 6am to 6pm. This gives me 12 hours in which I need to complete 8 hours of work. I created a "Just Block" plan with the "Quick" type schedule and set it to 8 hours. When I start my work, I start the plan and it starts ticking down. When I take a break or have to do something that's not work, I use the "Break" function. My work day is done when the plan reaches 0, or the clock passes 6pm. I add whatever time I had left to the next days plan, so If I miss 1 hour, then I set the plan to 9 hours next day.

Right-clicking the tray icon in windows gives 3 options; Open app, helper and exit.
I think it would be good to add the following features:

"Break" -> 5-60 minutes —- I work as a programmer and I need to take multiple/frequent breaks that can span from just 5 minutes of legstretching to 60 minutes lunch-break. It is quite annoying to open the app, go to the break window, go through multiple clicks to take a break.

"Start plan" -> Show up to 5 recently started plans. —- I would like to be able to right click and just pick a plan when I start my work day.

"Pause plan" & "Stop plan" —- Self-explanatory

"Whitelist website" & "Blacklist website" —- Let me whitelist/blacklist from the tray icon, it's cumbersome to go into the app for this. Or at the very least, let me use the browser extension.
