First, the Installed list takes a while to load. I understand you're querying the OS. Sometimes, .ico and .bmp files appear in the list making it even slower to load and the list longer. It takes forever to scroll through to find an app. Note that the .ico and .bmp files stopped appearing after restarting the app. Even if the load speed doesn't change, sortable columns, but even better, a search box to filter the list, would make this Installed list MUST more usable.
Make "Installed" list of apps searchable and/or sortable.
