So what you could have as an optional feature. Say for example I try 5 times to search for key terms that are blocked, I could have the option to ‘punish’ myself for doing that by temporarily pausing access to my internet, or my whole laptop for say 30 seconds or a minute. A bit like how if I try to enter the wrong pin into my phone so many times, I’m locked out temporarily. I think this would act as a further deterrent for me to access things I shouldn’t be accessing. You could also make the ‘punishments’ stricter depending on which rules I try to break. For example, several minutes blocked access to my laptop for attempting to access adult websites, vs 30 seconds for searching a keyword.
