lets say I've forgotten something on an already active blocklist (unless there's a way around it) I need to make a new rule and block said application or website separately, I'd like the ability to add to but now remove from an already existing blocklist.
This keeps this organised for things you want grouped together with specific rules.

The feature to add a new site/app to an active block is possible by pressing the ellipsis or right-clicking/control-clicking the plan name and selecting Block New Site or App.
Unfortunately removing a site/app from an existing active blocklist is not possible as this may be used as a bypass. The plan has to be stopped first in order to remove a blocked site/app.
