Your download has started

Four steps and FocusMe is blocking. About three minutes.

   Open FocusMe.pkg

   Click it in your browser's downloads, or find it in your Downloads folder.

   Follow the installer

   Your Mac asks for your password to install it.

   Open FocusMe from Applications

   Answer three questions. Signed up on focusme.com? Sign in with that email and password so your trial and plans follow you to every computer.

   Turn on Accessibility when FocusMe asks

   FocusMe needs it to see which app or site is in front. In System Settings, go to Privacy & Security, then Accessibility, and turn on FocusMe. If FocusMe asks for Screen Recording too, turn that on the same way.
