Step 1: Install via Terminal
- Navigate to your Downloads folder:
cd ~/Downloads - Make the installer executable:
chmod +x ./FocusMe.bin - Run the installer:
sudo ./FocusMe.bin - Press 'q' to exit the license pager, then 'Y' and Enter to accept.
- Enter your password when prompted and restart your computer after installation.
Step 2: Add the Browser Extension
For the best experience, our browser extension is also recommended. This link automatically detects your browser.

If FocusMe doesn't start, run these commands for debug output:
export QT_DEBUG_PLUGINS=1
cd /home/FocusMe/ && ./FocusMe.sh
Supported Systems: Ubuntu 20.04+, Pop!_OS, and Linux Mint.
